i have a book that tell you how to make a bunch of the foods in the HP book, it has 3 different ways to make Butter beer, i tried one of them and it was a lot better then i thought it would be, it was a lot like the one you have here only it used Root beer, and i didn't read all of your link but the one i had had you warm it up.

I've heard that the stuff ultimately tastes like a slightly sweeter cream soda, when you make it. At least, that's what everyone who's been to HP World has said.

oh wow, that is pretty awesome. Although I don't like cream soda, so I doubt I'd like that version sad .
But I remember when the 6th Harry Potter book came out, the bookstore near me had "butterbeer" for it, and it tasted like hot milk with butterscotch or caramel. Sooo good. That's probably what I'll always think of butterbeer as.
