Her eyes turned back to her guest as she watched her lips begin to form the question that stumped her. She leaned forward on her hand trying to think about it. "I don't know, that you would have to ask him. He's always been very dodgy around women. Anyone who tried to get close to him that wasn't male, he closed himself up from. He never said why, about the only thing I've heard is he fell in love and she tried to kill him," she responded with a shrug. Wether or not that was true, she had no clue. While Aesa was disappointed by the answer she was glad that it hadn’t seemed to offend Valerie. Opening her mouth to thank the other woman for her candor, Aesa was unable to close it or push the statement out as the completed dress was magically swept before the seamstress for her approval. It was without a doubt the loveliest thing Aesa would have ever worn, even including her ceremonial robes. As she still couldn’t bring herself to quite close her lips entirely she covered them with the fingertips of her right hand and emitted a small sound of pleasure. The dress continued to flit in front of the two ladies, posing as though it were preening and showing itself off for its limited audience. Aesa rather got the impression that it was displaying a facet of its creator’s personality and felt a smile tug at her lips. ”Why Valerie it’s just perfect.” Aesa had been wondering if she would match Ace in style though now she found it couldn’t possibly manner with a dress as fine as this.

::====>> ⅩⅠⅠⅠ <<====:: Xx Valerie lightly touched the dress as it seemed to fall over her arm. She held it up from herself again before nodding in approval. "Since the dress is long enough, you can wear it with what ever shoes you have, and gloves are optional if you so choose to. And, of course, I get to gussy you up in return for using my supplies, my dear," she smiled laying the dress on her dress out flat. She walked to her own closet and pulled out a silk, and traditional Chinese styled dress that was also on the short side planning on having a more foreign look that she always had.
"Get dressed quickly, the changing wall is over there," she informed her nodding her head over towards the painted rice paper, bamboo wall. Being a woman of a rich thief had it's benefits of many comforts and beautiful gifts.She turned her back to her finding the silky wrap around her waist and pulled it off letting the scarf and beads fall to the ground then her top piece grabbing her dress and pulling it on over her dark skin with the dark green and gold scales complementing her body beautifully. She pulled on silver gloves just past her wrists and then turned back to her clasping the button in the gap over his collar bone. She looked over at Aesa hoping she would be changed so she could see her work on a human being. She held a pair of long silver gloves for her as well in a few seconds planning on doing a little bit more to finish up the look. XxX{ ᄊ乇 ﾑǤﾑﾉՈ丂੮ ੮ん乇 ЩԾ尺ﾚÐ }

Aesa was pleased that the dress had little in the way of hooks and clasps as she was used to very simple attire - at least where the fastenings were concerned. As she slipped the material over her head she silently marvelled at the soft feel of it against her skin. Once she was sure it was secure she tentatively peaked her head around the dressing screen to ensure Valerie was decent before coming out fully. She had been prepared to slip out shyly and hear the other woman tell her she was not wearing it appropriately or that her body type was not correct for the style, but when she spotted Valerie in her own lovely gown all such thoughts fled and she scampered out. ”Oh my - it’s really quite lovely. I imagine Sebastian won’t be able to form a sentence he will be so enamoured.” Aesa herself was looked like a rather stunning ice princess in her blues and silvers, the only thing missing her sceptre and crown.

She looked at the blonde girl's beautiful form outlined in the corset and her soft colored skin only adding to the elegance. "You yourself look amazing, but we aren't done yet," she smiled walking the mage ally to a desk that held many containers of creations that she had made to create accents to multiple forms. She opened a container of a silver powder and a glossy, soft oil. She looked at her face before lifting her chin. "I'm just gonna add a bit more, then do your hair. You'll be gorgeous," she smiled pulling off one of her gloves to dip her finger in the fine glitter and wiped it around her eyes on the top. Next, she cleaned her hand off then cleaned her finger off before applying the glossy oil on her lips.
"Next thing I do, it's like ink, but it'll come off easily in the bath if you want it to, just use some salts," she said going back before dipping a feather in a lighter colored black and wiped it around the top of her lid very thinly but just enough to add to the dramatic effect. "And, you don't get to see until I finish," Valerie smiled before cleaning her hands off. She cleaned her hair up and then proceed to put her hair up in an extravagant bun with silver and saphire net of beauty in it with the largest on her forehead. She smiled brightly and did the same thing for herself but letting her black hair to curl around her shoulders freely. She used a little more black and used gold instead of silver but was soon done after putting the gold head piece in her hair. She put on her last glove then smiled boldly. "You look beautiful, m'dear," she grinned taking her hand again and walking her out of the room to the room up the stairs.

Ace had been driven insane as he paced while getting himself ready. He pulled on an ivory undershirt and left it untied. Then, he pulled on a black vest over it. Next was his black pants and clean leather boots. He finally slipped a knife into his boot then let out a huff of air. He hadn't done this in forever and he felt like a moron doing it. He looked around and pulled on a silver ring on his left ring finger. He glared at himself in the mirror one more time making his hair not messy, and make it more orderly but not slicked back at all. He hated that.
He left his room and jogged up the stairs into the dinning room at the top of the stairs and opened it to the scents and smells of the marble, saiten, and purple silk. James hadn't changed really as he stood still in the same clothes there to meet up with Ace. They met each other with better confrontation with smiles and just talking calmly until Aesa and Valerie walked into the room. Both the gentlemen turned and tried their best not to stare at them, but it was to unsuccessful. XxX{ ᄊ乇 ﾑǤﾑﾉՈ丂੮ ੮ん乇 ЩԾ尺ﾚÐ }

When the women had reached them, Valerie had already sealed Sebastian's and her reunion with a deep kiss and the man lifting her off the ground in a twirl and a large smile when they finished. The thief on the other hand bowed down to his guest with that fun loving smile still there. "Good evening, m'lady," he said finding it overly appropriate to say while righting himself up. ::====>> ⅩⅠⅠⅠ <<====:: Xx A smile pulled at the corners of Ace's mouth again at Aesa's response and he shook his head. "I lost that a long time ago. I think I'll stick to master thief," he said offering his hand to dance if she so desired. Even if she didn't know how, he was good at leading and had worse things step on his feet than a beautiful mage. Honestly though, he just felt entranced by her elegance that was a major difference than the woman he climbed through thorns with a few days ago. If he was asked by Sebastian, he probably would fail at lying that he wasn't falling in love with the woman looking like an ice princess or the one that stayed by his side when he almost died. If she asked him, he probably would confess anything she asked while inside her charm.
He blushed a little thinking all of this in a few seconds as he waited patiently for her to either take his hand or suggest something else. Anything with her was fine for Ace. XxX{ ᄊ乇 ﾑǤﾑﾉՈ丂੮ ੮ん乇 ЩԾ尺ﾚÐ }

As she could feel the women staring in to her for being able to dance with him, he enjoyed the looks from the men to Aesa. When the song ended he stopped for a few moments before a little faster dance came on. "Just because I'm a rugged man now doesn't mean my father didn't teach me well when I was younger," he reminded her. Once more, he took her hand and took her through the fast paced steps easily. He didn't flinch when she bumped him and easily turned it into an elegant move. It was all easy to him, but he honestly couldn't wait to go back to his room and just be alone with her without so many people around where he felt so nervous and watched. It made him start to get a little tense, but it never effected his graceful movements. XxX{ ᄊ乇 ﾑǤﾑﾉՈ丂੮ ੮ん乇 ЩԾ尺ﾚÐ }
