ouuuu perspective... XD I suck at angles like that as well so I'll try to help you the best I can

When I looked at your picture (which is lovely btw I love the face : 3) the head seemed a bit detached from the body. I think this was caused by the neck beeing placed to much towards the front of his torso and not so much in the middle of his torso. Also when ever your working in perspective like that its good to exagerate more your forms. At the moment you have a slight deformation of the head size vers the waist but we don't really feel it, because you didn't exagerate the forme as much as you could have. I placed an example on the side that showed a light perspective angle to show you how you could maybe consider exagerating your forms : 3. The head is the furthest element away from us, so it should be the smaller than the parts of the body closer to our camera, which would be the waist. This works in the other sence as well, If your camera was above his head and aiming down wards your head would be bigger than his waist.
