Infinite Stratos:

In the near future, Japan has engineered an armed powered exoskeleton called "Infinite Stratos" (IS). The IS has advanced technological combat abilities which easily defeats many of the world's military which starts a new Arms Race where many nations try to create their own IS where it becomes the mainstream of weapon of the world. Since only women can operate an IS, the power balance between men and women has been broken and now, women dominate society over men. Ten years since IS were introduced which has lead to a new age of peace, the world is shocked upon an unexpected discovery. A 15 year old Japanese boy named Ichika Orimura is discovered to be able to operate an IS. Realizing the potential, Ichika is forced by the Japanese government to attend the prestigious Infinite Stratos Academy, an international academy where IS pilots are trained.
