Yer a little isolated in yer answer but so darn close.... the flames of the answer are licking at yer boots... so I'll give it to you... the answer wasn't a tidal bore, but merely the tides themselves... as long as we have a moon they will be there... in all forms of water... but they are only measured in the larger ones.... blaugh
