Who ever came up with those terms needs to be shot.
First they do little to clarify what a character's build. a tank is a heavily armored machine of war. Where I can see Arc comparing Alcazar to one being alright, I for one wouldn't label Ali that with a ten foot pole
Also, a Dragon shaman has to pick up the aura before it can be useful. He doesn't have it, he possess Energy shield, power and senses. So, I wouldn't call him a healer ether. At least not yet...
and no I don't know the power of a crusader,
Anyhow, the cases are mute, he asked what everyone was so I told him how I see everyone at the moment.

If either of you have any better suggestions, I'll take 'em.
I vastly prefer core races/classes.

First you're stabbing hobos, now you're shooting word-come-uppers. Geez louise.
I don't believe anyone would call Ali a tank, and he has no need to be one. He has the benefit of Alcazar and Crusaderguy to take care of such business.
It is indeed unfortunate that our dragon shaman does not have that aura. Aura of Vigor really is one of the most useful auras and as stated before is very helpful towards healing.
But the case is not moot(not mute) however, it has been revealed that we indeed have a capable healer in our Crusader.
But should our intrepided moderator continue his interest in being a healer with a bent toward the core, there's always clerics and druids, can't go wrong there.

I care less about "Playing what I want to play" and more about "Playing something that will be useful/fill a hole". Is there a rogue? ninja

Important question: Is their an ability score that would help the group of more than any other? I ask case I am creating a Marshal and I don't know what to make my minor aura. I want to go with one of the Motivate [cha, str, dex, int, con, or wis] and with most of the group being melee fighters, I was thinking the strength one. This is what I got, It kind of sucks but what can I say.... My Character

I can only give a bonus on Strength checks and Strength-based skill checks, I doubt that counts anything in combat though. Ether way, Is that good and can I play?
