Blow-Torchesz!
Like all flame weapons, they would be heavy, cumbersome, have a short amount of available time, have a short range, and cause potential harm to the user.
However, a blowtorch, while it has a short range, can be used to light things on fire at a distance (despite it being a gas, and not a sticky liquid) without the flame, potentially, even touching it.
Any flame weapon as a stand alone weapon would be a little ridiculous, but I think that a blow torch as an attachment weapon could be relatively useful.
Rather than a grenade launcher, there could be a blow torch attached; for close quarters combat.
How effective do you think something like this would be in close quarters combat, or just in general?

But then the user could wear a flame-retardant suit.
