Glanced at an old ep of $100,000 Pyramid and thought of an idea for some riddles here. Each describes the answer, sometimes literally, sometimes the way it's spelled.
1. Like a flower, or providing power. a plant 2. A former shipment of urine explode "ex-pee-load" 3. What you get on your birthday and every other day older 4. Recipes and nails things you file 5. Used to be a rose, now is a dog thanks to science a transplant

Hmmm.... after a bit of thinking, I decided that filing is something you can do to either a recipe or a nail.... unless ye have a temper like mine at times... then ye might eat both rofl

Sure, you're given various clue to a word or phrase and you have to decipher it. search for $100,000 pyramid on youtube and you'll quickly see how they play it.
