Guess what. WE HAVE A HOUSE. o:
Oh um... we've been trying to buy a house for a while now and haven't had much luck. Made 2 offers, got beaten out by someone else on both of them. Then one fell through so we got a second chance and now we've got a signed sales contract. YAY!!!!!!
It'll by ours by my birthday. What a great present. x3

Yesss. The reason we liked this one is that it's on a double lot, so it has a nice big, private yard with some trees. We are definitely planning on having some raised beds to grow veggies in at some point. :3
XD Probably not a shed though, but it does include a detached garage. I have never in my life had a garage to park in. It's so exciting. XD
It does need some work. It could use new windows and doors, although it's nothing that's an emergency. I don't know if we'll get those done before the winter or not.
I can't wait to get out of this place. XD;

It has 2 bedrooms. One will be used as my office, just like here. Except I think we're going to get rid of the 2nd bed, because you can't claim a home office if the room is used as anything else. D:
It has a washer and dryer in the basement. This is my favorite thing. 8D We have no hook-ups here, and I loathe the laundromat.
