Okay, theres a catholic church just up the street from me and the police are swarming the place. It turns out someone jimmied the church wine cellar door open and walked off with about 800 dollars worth of vintage wine used for the services. I mean come on! Who robs a church, and for of all things for booze?!

People aren't used to being told no. A lot of people just assume that the rules no longer apply to them when they can't afford the uh... "entertainment" they once could. Hopefully the guy will be caught. Stealing from a religious place sounds like some pretty nasty karma.

Must be some very tasty wine.
But still, that's horrible, stealing is bad and even from a church (lol charity) is worse...
But truely would it be bad if he/she consumes it without even savoring the flavor.

was probably going through their heads.
There are a lot more people that don't really believe in church anymore.
the thieves probably just saw it as a potential opportunity to find wine ; D

There are a lot more people that don't really believe in church anymore. the thieves probably just saw it as a potential opportunity to find wine ; D Or maybe they just wanted to get liquored up and didn't feel like robbing a liquor store. Thats what I think, it's an easy target after all.

Atleast they stole something they could use... not that it is any better but w/e people will do crazy things for their drug of choice.
But onward to another thing that is pretty dang low. There is this sign on a fence near where I live that says "Thanks to the a*****e who stole my grandma's flowers from the funeral out of my yard." also this yard is fenced in.
So yea I guess someone was peddy enough to take flowers out of someone yard and the yard is fenced in. rolleyes

Though it has nothing to do with it being from a church, I believe in karma and stuff so I hope that he enjoys that wine while he can... MUAHAHAHAHHAHAAHA
