One: You can send a direct inquiry to Gaia's Help center. This inquiry is called a "ticket." It will be read directly by someone who works for Gaia. The Help Center is located here: https://www.gaiaonlinehelp.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=5694
I used the Ticket system before for a different type of problem. I was surprised by how fast and helpful the response was. It's a nice system. However, the Help Center is difficult to navigate. I'm not sure how it would work for something like this. It also recommends the Bug Reports and Tech Support forum for a faster answer. EDIT; I viewed the Ticket screen. There is no Ticket option for this kind of problem. (You can still check it out if you'd like.) Please ask your question in the Bug Reports and Tech Forum.
Two: I believe it's time to move to Gaia's actual Bug Reports and Technical Support Forum: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/bug-reports-technical-support/f.47/ Before you make a post, be sure to read the Rules thread. The thread explains what sort of information you should include. Be as detailed as possible. Explain your problem. It would also be good to list everything you've already done to try to fix it. Otherwise, people will just tell you the same things Kakatary has already told you to try.
The Bug Reports and Tech Support Forum is frequented by developers and by normal users. You will get fast responses, but most users will... repeat everything that's already been said in this thread. Hopefully someone has an answer or a developer will have an answer.
