ive got maybe like two weeks until percussion day and band camp and i havent even practiced and im on a new insterment
(flute to quads) im spazzing out i dont want to be the only one who cant play
has anyone else slacked off over the summer?

I haven't been practicing too much, either. I can play all of my music, though...other people in the band can't. >_> I practice when I feel like it, though, but I've been playing more oboe than saxophone. Not the best thing to help me with marching season, but I think it's easier for me to balance the instruments this way.

I've been practicing flute (All-State music), but I should've been practicing more and practicing tuba and clarinet a lot more.
Three weeks, I think I can manage it. >:] Time to get to work!

After two weeks in the repair shop, I've been frantically practicing so I can get my range up on my French Horn again. I still haven't gotten up to the highest note in the songs I need to practice, but I'm getting higher. Hopefully I'll perfect them before the school year starts again...

ehh... i always slack off  --not good, eh? --which is definitely not good being an upperclassman. but then again, we only have our first piece finished and it's so easy (low brass is blocked xD)

I've been rpacticing all summer...
But music just came in the mail a few days ago, and bandamps in just over a week.
I've been working my butt off trying to learn the music enough to teach it to freshman as section elader, but i can't figure ot hhow it goes...So ive gotta teach them something i cant event each myself...

my summer band stuff starts tomorrow and we have a chair test this friday but i haven't practiced at all luckily no one else has practiced either
