Meh it's programmer speak LOL. Basically, it means that the variable ADD (attention deficit disorder) is equivalent to variable IDC (I don't care) and that the value of variable PPL (people) is equivalent to the value of ADD (which is IDC). Basically I'm saying that people are ADD and don't care about anything.

I am implying that everyone does. I personally have been diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, and a very mild OCD. But I believe that everyone has all of the above and I often exploit it to get people to do what I want. And 90% of the time, it works.
