She had let herself go limp, hoping to make the cat believe she was unconscious. However, she was getting very dizzy from swinging back and forth... The silver she-cat quickly blinked her pale emerald eyes a few times, clearing the fuzziness from her gaze. She watched as Whisperblade manuevered through the territory like she did StormClan's, her eyes as wide as slits. She soon came to recognize the area that Whisperblade was leading the Slayer into. A hint of silver metal caught her gaze, but vanished instantly. Silverstar had to admire the rogue's cunning. He was intelligent and used his resources. A good asset.
Suddenly, Silverstar felt herself flying through the air and land with a thud in the bushes. She very discreetly adjusted her body so she wouldn't land on her injured side OR hurt her leg again. The only thing that happened to her upon impact was her breath was knocked away. She soon slid out of sight with her momentum from her toss. This worked to her advantage, actually. Now it was Whisperblade and the Slayer. Yet the black cat had vanished, nowhere to be seen. Silverstar laid still for a moment, watching the Slayer with very narrow eyes. As she was sure the coast was clear, she quickly hopped up and silently hobbled away, feeling the pain ebb away from her leg as she increased speed. She hated to leave Whisperblade alone with the Slayer, but she had to get back to her Clan. She needed to prepare them for an attack! She had to find Thunderflight and keep things moving smoothly- even with her disappearance. The silver leader w as soon racing through the trees, the pain in her leg a mere tickle. Silverstar raced back into StormClan territory, the wound in her side making her strength ebb a bit. Once Silverstar was sure she wasn't being followed, she paused a moment to swath her paw in some stray cobwebs. She quickly applied it to her still-bleeding wound to stop the blood flow. As she cobwebs began to turn pink, Silverstar continued her race against time. Soon, she broke through the scent borders, back into StormClan territory.

*poof! A ninja apears!*Whisperblade Loving thunder clawed from my life by the rivers of fate could it be that this search will last unbounded eternity on tainted slate?

The loner remained perfectly still, not moving in the slightest. His eyes flashed open as opertuity shined it's hope upon him. The Slayer had relished Silverstar from it's crushing Jaws!! Unfortunately, from the look's of it she had been injured badly, including her leg. If he was to be of any use to her he would have to give her a chance of having the monster's eyes off of her so that she may limp away, or better hid. Looking forward he looked at the shining metal of a fox trap sitting in front of the bush he was hiding in. Nervously he knew what he had to to in order to get the slayer to step in it. Slowly he sat up, ready to do everything he mentor had taught him not to do... he uttered a faint sound.]
"mew."
[Bracing himself he prepared himself to run the moment the wildcat turns it's ugly head to face him. If he was to escape he would have to move fast for how close it was. The only thing separating the two was that fox trap, and for such a large beast, who knows how long it would hold him.]

[Silverstar's absence wasn't noticed by the slayer. The only presence he was aware of is the small mew of a cat. Probably, the loner. Splinter's eyes glistened with malice as he approached the sound. He took his time, knowing he could follow the fresh scent of that pathetic loner. As he inched closer, Splinter couldn't stop growling happily as he revealed his large teeth. His lips were curled in a smile and shook as he released a threatening snarl. The large mountain lion stretched open his teeth and snapped them together, a clamp echoed through the forest habitat. At last, revenge.] "Come here kitty." Splinter wheezed with amusement. [With one deep sniff, Splinter can detect that faint and revolting scent roaming around the loner's fur. Now that he has the scent, he has to see his appearance. Why not taunt and insult the tom to get his anger stronger? Splinter always liked a good show.] "You thought you were so smart huh?" he snorted, oblivious of the metal object before him, awaiting for its own torture. Splinter then sprang into the air and reached his forepaws out. With his fangs, he pierced them into the weak flesh of the loner, his leg muscled stretching out.] "Just by sniffing your disgusting scent, you don't carry that dreadful scent of StormClan! Hah! You really are a loner! Such pathetic status you have. Your a loner yet you still help those fellow StormClan members, even if they're complete strangers to you! Especially weak Silverstar and Thunderflight. Once I'm done with you, I'll make sure to keep you alive and watch as I torture that dimwitted Thunderflight! You idiotic loner, iIll--" Splinter finished with his false remarks and roared loudly in pain.
[The fox trap pierced into his paw and shed the slayer's blood. Splinter never felt pain like this before! It was awful! The pain was unbearable! With the pain shooting up to the rest of his body, Splinter yowled and yelped. The pain caused him to screech and lose control of himself. He was furiously staggering around the clearing. Splinter is here and now there! Even with a small throb, he cried and with his side body, smashed into a tree with strong force. The mountain lion looked weak. Weaker than ever. Even a kit would look down at him with disappointment. He rolled around on the dusty ground, pleading for the pain to stop. Within the cluster of trees, constant and loud cries echoed through the branches. Causing all the birds and preys to escape with fright. Again, the blind anger took control.] "Curse you StarClan! Curse you loner! Curse you Ravage! Curse everyone! All clan and slayers! Ravage you weak and pathetic lion, why should you order me around?! No better than a piece of du---GRAH!" the pain couldn't resist, repeatedly causing Splinter to yowl in pain. ◠◠▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ â— â—

For every large step the Slayer took the loner took several steps back to match it's pace. When he lunged forward Whisperblade dodged, but not fast enough to avoid the horrible CLOMP of the beast's crushing jaws around his back right leg. Whisperblade threw his head back and opened his mouth letting out a silent scream. Out of all the pain he was forced to feel physically, this was the worst he had EVER felt.
Crunching his teeth together he shivered as he suffocated any whimpers that so desperately wanted to escape and be heard, but he wouldn't let them. He would suffer in silence, the way he always had. The moment he had become a shadow warrior he swore never to make a sound in the face of torment. Blood dripped down the wildcat's face as Whisperblade tried desperately to pull away. A sickening rip noise could be heard as Whisperblade freed himself, while deeply scaring his leg down to the bone. In his struggling he had nearly lost his leg. Bleeding profusely the loner dragged himself away, glaring at the monster as it taunted him, creeping closer and closer.]
"It is better to be alone than to be a tyrant like you. Please friend, tell me, why do you waist your time and energy stalking the clans? You obviously see them as beneath you, and for a creature such as yourself couldn't you achieve so much more than tormenting a group of cats? It hurts me to see you waist your life and talents. All this hate can only drive you away from happiness. You can be so much more..."
[The pain for the gaping wound where the flesh on his leg used to be surged with an extra boost of pain, refusing to be ignored any longer. Whisperblade clenched his teeth finding it harder and harder to remain standing. He collapsed, bleeding. In an attempt to stop the bleeding he slammed his wound hard against a rock, constricting it closed so that it may clot. As the beast's shadow towered over him a familiar SNAP echoed across the clearing followed by a fierce roar. Whisperblade flinched, remembering how painful it was for him.]
"Im sorry to have deceived you, i hope you will find a way to forgive me some day. Ferwell and i wish you luck on the path to happiness."
[Panting hard from blood loss and his vision blurring he gave the Star slayer one last polite bow before vanishing into the shadows, leaving the Slayer alone in his pain.]

[The constant screeches gradually started to grow weaker. He was losing energy. Loss of blood causing his sight to grow dizzy. Clumps of blood escaped his throat, splatting on the ground. Instead, he breathed heavily and snorted to ease his pain. An unfamiliar taste of blood was detected between his teeth. He looked up to notice the loner. That's right, he got a hold of his leg. At least he caused some damage. Splinter tried listening to the tom's deep words. Words that are more meaningful than his false insults. Words that reached the Slayer's heart, for the first time. He didn't like this feeling. But he didn't put effort into stopping himself feel this feeling. Splinter only gazed upon Whisperblade and went deep in thought. He asked himself: do I really want to do this?
Splinter looked down at his paws, feeling a chunk of regret looming above him. Then he raised his gaze to respond to Whisperblade.] "W-Wait!" he called. [But it was too late, the tom disappeared. Only leaving the scent of his blood. How come Splinter felt so...impure? So savaged? He was normally suppose to enjoy it. But why not now?] "Mouse bile.." he hissed under his breathe. [The slightest nudge in his paw caused him to tumble back down, hissing in pain. If only he caught the sight of this fox trap, then he would've carried out his plans smoothly.]

There are two kinds of egotists: Those who admit it, and the rest of you.

“It is good to be solitary, for solitude is difficult...†___________________________
[From the darkness, a dark figure watched, eyes narrowed. It was crouched in the bushes, downwind from the quarrel, and virtually undetectable. It was Ravage- massive golden lion who led the Slayers with diligence and cunning! Comet was right, he growled inwardly, fury growing in his mind. Splinter is nothing but a tool. He does not respect me or our cause- and he would turn on me the second he would get the chance! Well, this is MY chance. Weak fools get what they deserve... Ravage emerged from the shadows, padding toward Splinter with a calm expression, but his crimson eyes glittered with fury. He padded over to the Slayer, stopping and sitting a few cat-lengths from him.] "My, my, what a mess you have gotten yourself into," Ravage said calmly, voice dripping with malice. "Instead of killing SIlverstar, you have gone and let her free. Failure after failure it seems- they even escaped the first attack, did they not? What unfortunate results." [He stood, slowly walking towards Splinter, and curled his lip.] "Do you know what I do with failures?" he murmured softly, voice still calm (though his face was twisting with rage). "I get rid of them. For the sake of us all, so they can make no more mistakes. Do you know what that means?" He leaned in to Splinter's ear, murmuring, "It means you are defenselessly trapped in a fox trap, and I am very angry at you."
[Ravage lunged suddenly, tackling Splinter with a powerful grasp. He pinned the mountain lion down, not caring if his paw twisted or not. Then he mercilessly began to attack- ripping at the lion's muscles and fur, drawing waves of blood and biting hard into the lion's throat. By the time he was done, Splinter was on the verge of dying-but not quite yet.]
"Look at you-what a masterpiece!" Ravage crowed, stepping back with a satisfied look. "You look just like all those cats you brutally killed. Well, how does it feel? Is it as exciting as you think it is?" Ravage huffed with laughter, adding, "Too bad I do not get the privelege of delivering the final blow! That would make you too important, you see. How about I let the Clan find you and kill you, and you die at the claws of the mongrels? I believe this is a better plan, one that suits you." He leaned in closer to the lion, adding softly, "Do not think your brother will save you, now- Comet has already taken care of him, too. We do not tolerate burdens, you see. Not at all..."
[Ravage stood, turning his back on his former packmate, and padded off, leaving a trail of blood. He was heading for SeaClan- and then to the gathering!]

[Horror struck within him. The scent of a certain powerful slayer entered his wide nostrils. Ears pricked and eyes widening as he spotted him in the distance, coming closer and closer.] "R-Ravage..." Splinter murmured, stunned with fear. [Did he see everything? No...did he hear everything I said? My disrespectful words towards him and the other slayers?!
Splinter listened to Ravage carefully, each words as cunning as ever. Could this be the fear that the clan cats were feeling?] "N-No...no please Ravage. Let me explain!" Splinter begged for mercy. [As the lion ignored his cries, Splinter tried to struggle helplessly out of the fox trap. Each movement only causes it to pierce deeper into his muscle. Splinter whimpered as Ravage was close enough to make an attack.] "R-Ravage, please!" "No!"[Bright crimson colour was now the new shade of Splinter's coat. His eyes were dull, feeling his life and energy slowly leaving him. Everything is, discarding him. The fox trap managed to loosen on Splinter's paws, after Ravage's vigorous attacks. His muscles are screaming in pain, begging Splinter not to move. Ravage was finished talking, leaving Splinter with many regrets. Many. Tears started to stream down from his eyes. The pain, it was unbearable. With one swift blow, Splinter pushed the fox trap off his paws. Even the fox trap left him. Along with the other slayers.] "R-Ravage..p-please...give me a...second chance. Please b-bring Anarchy...my wounds...my wounds.." Splinter wailed after Ravage, however he left. Without a small glint of sympathy. Splinter dragged himself away from the Forest Outskirts, hoping to arrive at the Gathering himself. However his brain was too focused on the pain, therefore directed him to StormClan camp. It's as if, the StarClan warriors are punishing him. Cruel actions.]
