...There's no reason for L to be emo...he looks adorable as is. While I would like to see him in skinny jeans, I don't want to see him end up like this!

Oh course he does. He has no parents, and Watari died. He doesn't exactly have any friends, either. Sure, he claims that Light is his friend.. but I doubt that he's telling the truth.

Pffff. Just because someone's had personal tragedy doesn't mean they have to adopt the emo style. And hardly anyone looks better emo. I admit he's had reason to be depressed, but he's a tough cookie. He isn't one to sit and mope around for too long if there's a criminal to catch.

I personally think L would pretty much be the exception to the 'no one looks sexy as an emo'. I mean, L is smexy, end of story. Even being an emo kid couldn't change that. Although... I wonder if he'd make a sexy goth dude...? sweatdrop
