Max shruged and hung his claws up on a nail on the side of the wagon and got behind her,his arms slowly wrapping around her and giving her warmth once again and kissed the back of one of her ears. "Hey Hayate....after i get everyone back....what do you say to going on a date back our town?...i know a nice place in the west side of the town that has the most delicious fish you can find for miles around..."

Hayate finished tying her bow about to stand up and sit on the roof of the carriage Max had already wrapped his arms around her. Blushing as he kissed the back of her ears. Remaining silent she listened to him talk about going on a date. Whats to celebrate when everyone both loses and wins. Hayate gets her body back but loses gramps. The shadows get gramps while they lose Hayate's soul. Sighing mentally at how unfair life was she opened her mouth, "Okay.. I guess." The last part she muttered.

Hayate looked at Max, "Okay." There was no one else she could trust the only person in her life was now Max so he was the only option. Even if she did have a lot of people in her life like her father or mother she would trust Max.

Max spend the rest of his time petting and comforting Hayate,he wanted her and him to be as close as they can. "Hey hayate?" he asks half way through.

Hayate purred her tail wagging in the air back and forth, she turned around looking at Max. "Huh?" She told him, blinking.

"I'm happy i met you....i was a lonely person before...i didn't really enjoy talking or having company..." Max smiled and looks up into the sky. "And i can't help but feel that this was...well it at least feels like it was all planned you know?

"Me too." She told him, "Its like fate." Of course Hayate thought fate was a loud of rubbish. It is true that you can't change your fate, but here she was on a journey to change her fate. It was like she was changing her own fate. She couldn't have done it without the help of Max. If she never had met Max, she would have been a spirit already.

Max nods and looks back down into her big adorable eyes. "Hey you tired yet?" Max wouldn't admit it but he was tired and colder then he felt.
