I don't know if it's really considered a LoZ song, but the mini-boss theme from Windwaker, that and Song of Storms from OoT, I also like Minuet of the Forest.

lets see the theme for grudo dessert um molgerea part 1 and 2 that sky dragon um the main theme for oot and wind waker ending of wind waker temple of time from tp and oot lost woods outside of abitors grounds the iteme theme like when you get a main item and i forgot the rest

Zelda's Lullaby is a big favorite (: whenever any fan hears that song, they can't help but think of wonderful times playing Ocarina of Time heart
Of course, this is all based on the perfect world inside my head >.>
