make a contest in the guild to give it away
like a post contest
drawing contest
tek tek
writing
etc.

i think if you do a contest at all and it's the drawing one, drawing angels would be fun.

You can tickle me pink, orange, red, or blue, but not grey I see you have a dream avi in your siggy. Save up the gold to buy the items for that avi. Because grey will not do.

Just play lots of games, zOMG, Booty Grab, do a lot of posting, poll answering, go in the quest/charity forum (You have to be really dedicated to your quest. You can't just make a thread asking for help getting items and just leave it.), buy items cheap then save them to sell them later at a higher price, and under or above your dream avi write "<3 Please Donate <3" (or write that in a more witty or fun way. Or you can get a quest bar from TekTek.org). Also if your one of those people, (I'm one of those people >_< ) buy a cash card, then a rig bundle or few EIs and sell them on the marketplace. Most of all, BE PATIENT! You'll be surprised at how much your gold can grow if you really put your mind to it. Because grey will not do.

most often people don't have the patience to really go through with all that. I've been one of those people too but now I'm pretty patient and sit on things more.
