WOTC is a subsidiary of hasbro, one benefit of that is being supplied with arms for a company nerf war.

I actually had a nerf war once, (just a two-man duel really) with our GURPS GM watching. He called out the difficulty modifiers for each of our shots. We actually had to stop once so he could look up the combined mods for [inhale] shooter popping out of cover, target popping out of cover, height advantage, rate of fire, inherent weapon innacuracy, aiming bonuses, bad stance, and dual-wielding. [exhale] For the most part, he knew the GURPS system well enough to call them in real-time though...
