This morning there was an 8.8 earthquake in Chile - news is still coming out, feel free to post more info as you hear it - but it looks very devastating.

In addition tsunami warnings have been sent out to Hawaii and other Pacific islands as well as other countries along the Pacific Coast.

I live right on the bay in California so it's kinda scary.

I feel so bad for the countries that are being wracked by earthquakes lately.

And a Time to Cry "Romans 5: 3-5"

My theory is that the earthquake in Hati might of trigggered all these earthquakes. The was one off the coast of Japan as well. Do any of you share my theory, or want to prove it wrong?

The earth has a really complicated tectonic plate system going on, that's pretty darn hard to prove or disprove even if we were Geoscience experts.

There's a lot of seismic activity going on at any point in time anyway, it just so happens that there were some big shakes this time.

Who knows why they happened so close to each other? That's for God to decide really...
