Squad Six Rules of Conduct


FOR SQUAD MEMBERS

1. All squad members must show respect, in return you will receive it.

2. All squad members must act as a unit, we fight as one but not one another.

3. Communication with members of the others in the Gotei 13 squads is not only permitted but encouraged.

4. We are not here to pick fights, if a member is caught taking first action without just cause they risk demotion.

5. You are protectors, love all creatures that you come in contact with and do not give into the temptation of fight for selfish concerns.

6. We are a noble squad and you must conduct yourself in such a manor. We must always be prompt with our reports.

7. Rule breakers are not tolerated in the 6th Division, you must be devoted to your practice.

8. You must acknowledge any outsiders with the use proper greetings as this is the first foundation of a relationship.

9. When exiting the Seireitei you must have a captain’s clearance and MUST be accompanied by another squad member. Likewise, if you travel into the Rukongai district.

10. We are not only a noble group but we are an artistic group, be graceful and act in sophistication and poise.




FOR THE VISITORS

1. You must approach the captain and lieutenant with head hung low and address them with a low bow before giving any eye contact and only after you are addressed do you rise to speak unless you are of equal or greater rank. Unless here on official business or under clearance do not go to the captains quarters.


2. You will not draw your Zanpakuto within the Squad 6 barracks. Initiating a fight is not permitted by the members of Squad 6 and fights will not be permitted within the barracks between other members. Remain civil when addressing members of the sixth division.
