I tried Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Walmart and the local mall and none of them had anything. >_>

Hobby Store. Not WalMart, not Rite Aide, not Dollar Tree or the mall. Go to a Michael's or a Hobby Lobby or whatever your local equivalent is. None of those other stores specialize in those types of items, so of course they're not going to have them.
Failing that, eBay or Etsy both have vendors with slews.
