I'm a crew member now, so I can see all of the requests to join, but I'm not sure if I should accept them or not. What exactly is the criteria for accepting these new members? I saw a lot of them that had used proper english... so I was wondering why no one accepted them?

okay.... no one is replying... I'm just going to invite the good ones and decline the crappy ones.
Spelling errors are okay, I assume, its just chat speak that is bad, right?
