#1: The Beginning
In the beginning, there was niether light nor dark, but a free mixture of all things light and dark. There was no solid ground, and therefore the other elements, but a free-floating gas. For a time unmeasureable by humans, this state existed in harmony, light and dark alike. Then came the Shifting.

#2: The Shifting
After the beginning, the masses of elements formed together into one being. The being was called Origin. With its mass of all the elements into one, it was the original genesis, and the creator of the world.
After a while, Origin shared its power. Creating the world, and spliting its large power into 6 different parts. The parts were the elements today. He created a Genesis to be the holders of the power, and to keep the balance of the world
Yet the sixth element was different. Its power was far more powerful then the other elements, and because of this, it was split apart by origin after a large battle. It was split into light and dark, and was destined to fight against itsself. The power that was destroyed could never be brought back, and because of this, it began a war.
It was then that the core of this world collapsed. All the harmonious, free-floating gas was condensed, and became the solid ground we know of today. Light and Dark, unable to hold their true forms anymore, split into the elements we know of today.
