Awsome =D I'll bump up Wis, I'm doing scouting.
Able learner allows you to pay for cross class skills as if they where class. So no 1/2 a point for one point stuff, every cross class is a 1 for 1. Though I still can't put any more than half my total into it =3
Warlock's septer : Treat as a +1 light mace, gives a +1 profane bonus on ranged attacks. Has five charges every day to boost Eldrich blast power.
1 charge : +1d6
3 charge : +2d6
5 charge : +3d6
Chausable of Fell Power (Lesser) : Increases Eldrich Blast damage by +1d6
Raptor's Mask : +5 on Spot checks; immunity to blindness and dazzling effects.
Gloves of Eldrich Adimixture : Has 3 charges that can be used to add energy damage to an Eldritch blast.
1 charge : +1d6
2 charge : +2d6
3 charge : +3d6
That should be that =D

Don't mean to tread on Rock's feet, but I'm currently bored (and sick =p ) so I took the liberty of looking up some of the items...
Warlock Septer (Complete Arcane v.)- +2 light mace, gives +2 profane bonus to ranged touch attacks made with it. In addition, a character capable of invoking Eldrich blast can spend charges to increase the damage. It has 5 charges every 24 hours to use.
1 charges: 1d6
2 charges: 2d6
3 charges: 3d6
5 charges: 4d6

Just tweeked some stuff to help with the scouting =3 I took a feat from Magic of Incarnum called Shape Soulmeld, let's me use a soul meld from that book and use one point of essentia into it. It gives me the yrthak mask (Not treated as an item)
You gain a +4 competence bonus on Listen checks.
Essentia: Every point of essentia that you invest in your
yrthak mask increases the competence bonus on Listen checks
by 2.
Right now I can only incvest 1 point of essentia into it, the Shape Soulmeld feat gives me 1 essentia for it =3
Should be us =D

Ok as soon I get a first draft character from Gankun and Mt (deorai is unfortuneatly busy), will make a opening post and let you guys ooze into it. I should have more time now so I should be able to respond to your character sheets faster.

Swiched the Bracers of Armour down to a +1, so I recouped 3k from that. Should be fine now
