Since Oreo passed, I've been really sad, tired, and lazy. My foot was hurt so I wasn't dancing and it finally healed up and i can dance again and all the worries just melted away for a bit. Felt so good. <3 Even though the song that started it was the mash up of the Thong Song and another song from Glee.

Mine used to be skating. All the worries of life just seemed to go away and I would focus on my skating. I LOVED doing my spins, jumps and even some dances. I really would like to get back into skating but money and time are an issue. Although when I go to my parents for the holidays I'm going to be getting back on the ice! I can't wait!

As for something to do now, I'm going to be getting building and painting model cars! I found that when I was staining my wooden mask I bought that helped melt away my issues too. I've been feeling like a shitty mom lately because I find that I just can't handle my kids anymore. They're cries annoy me, every time they say "mommy" it annoys me and I just can't bring myself to spend meaningful time with them. I'm hoping that maybe when I do the models the girls will want to watch and we can spend time together that way. I know it's not the best, but small steps right?

I take long walks .Burn insense for a calm mood to come on me. Sometimes reading the Bible helps me.

I normally just sleep or meditate.

The few times I can, going to the range and meditating while shooting really helps "clean me out". It's not a venting thing, it's more because it's a task that's very simple and lets my mind focus finely on a single unrelated point(both unrelated to shooting and my troubles), letting all else simply cease to be an issue. I come home feeling refreshed and light.

I find chopping wood very therapeutic. Of course, a nice hot shower to wash the world away helps too.

Cleaning and Billy Joel or Eve 6 tends to be the best combination of mood elevation for me.
