I just found out that on December 29th the Olympic torch will be passing through my town! It'll be so exciting! I'll take pictures and everything too! Apparently there's no such thing as simplicity when it comes to running this torch. I kind of thought it would be straight from and to, but no.

Here is the interactive map! It looks like it's only for Canada though.
Talk about anything relative! Dates it comes near you, if you will be stepping out to see it and so forth! Pictures of the torch will be welcomed in this thread too!

I really don't care about the Olympics. *shrug* The torch came through Saint John already. My roommates have it on video on their phone. :3

The Olympics can be exciting if you're really into sports or something. It'd be cool to see the torch but it would never ever come through my town or anywhere near it.

When I was younger I used to follow figure skating all the time. The years have gone by and I couldn't even tell you who the top skaters are in Canada anymore. I think the french dance pair Sallé and Pellité(not sure on the spelling) are still up top. Anyways. I still enjoy watching any pairs and mens skating, however I find the woman's skating boring. Usually the women, only 2 women in my 15 years of watching, all have the same style in skating and it bores the hell out of me. So I would really like to go and watch the pairs or the mens skate. I don't think GTR would like it much though. I would just have to go with my dad and my sister then!
Rumor has it that the 2015(isn't it supposed to be 2014?) Olympics are going to be held in Toronto! I want to go!
