Hi. I'm new here (joined a few hours ago) and this is my first post, so if I have this in the wrong place, I'm sorry.
Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone has ever read the book
Wesley the Owl? Its an incredible true story of a biologist, Stacey O'brien, who adopts a baby owl who had nerve damage in his wing, and would never be able to survive in the wild. She names him Wesley, and he was so emotional, so smart, and... I honestly don't know how to describe him. But he was proof that animals have feelings, that they aren't just instinct driven little machines. This book changed my life.
Heres a video I found of Stacey O'Brien talking about the book and Wesley.
