Light, definetly. Even Brad Swaile admits that LxLight is a canon couple.

L Lawliet: Yes, that would be very dark..
I don't think L should be with anyone. I like the way the story turned out.
Light does look good with L, but if that happened.. it wouldn't be as interesting, I wouldn't think.
L is more focused in his work more than anything else. And even though this may sound wrong, I like the fact that L died alone.. It suits him. And if Light did end up with L and later on killed him.. that would be too cruel.

Amazingly, I Dislike L x Light, But it is Lulz.
I Like Matty x L, Though. {Seem's no-one really likes that couple}
And....BB x L :'D Because its Hawt.
And I also like L x Cake. Because, I Always imagine him Molesting a Cake :'3
