Not really. You may come to find that I'm not much in the spirit of holidays.
Dunno why, I've just never been excited for holidays. Not even my birthday! Imagine a seven year old saying "Mum, can we not do anything for my birthday?" That was me.... but we still did something because my mum wanted to.

That doesn't sound good at all. I remember one birthday, I got two Dollar Store wooden pirates and a Batman figurine... I was twelve.... My friend (11 years old), which his birthday was a couple weeks before me, got a stereo, some CDs, and portable CD player.
Oh well, I didn't really care. I was insulted, though. And then, of course, I've had a few birthdays and Christmas with no presents.
As for the mom trouble, I'm sorry. Dunno how that is.

You know what I do to make myself feel better? Sleep. That's my main coping mechanism. Although, something that isn't so time consuming is playing games.
Anything where I can win or beat stuff. Like, crossword puzzles with the answer key or being lvl 99 on Samurai Warriors and playing a scenario on Easy. Easy doesn't even describe it, it's over kill. XD Especially if you have your fourth weapon and have it decked out with all the mods at lvl 10. O_o Well, specific ones.
