I know there's already a Doomwyte thread, but it's old. And useless for my purposes. Anyway, I'm having trouble getting my hands on this book, and I love spoilers. That being said...
I understand Doomwyte features the first (and only) hare to weild Martin's sword. This thrills me, because I love the hares. Could someone give me a rundown on this guy's character at all? I know he's one of those mountain hares, so he'll have that fun Scottish-ish accent, but I don't know much about him other than that. What kind of "person" is he? Does he show any major development throughout the book? Did you like him? Hate him? Does he get much limelight at all?
Hearing more about this guy might make the waiting for the book easier for me. Come now, you don't want me to suffer, do you? Tell meee! D;
*suffers in a corner*

Hm... it's been a while since I read the book, so I really don't remember too much about it. Sorry I couldn't help ease your suffering.

I just read that book recently! He comes to Redwall to save a Dibbun (I don't want to spoil it all). He uses a fiddle for a bow I believe and shoots a single metal arrow over and over again. Like all hares, he's gluttonous. After he gets the sword, he helps to find the Doomwytes Jewels. But I don't want to spoil it all. You should check the library for the book. because that's how I got my hands on one of the books.

Lol. Have fun reading it. Redwall books go much farther to grab your attention unlike TEXTBOOKS.
