Oscar Wilder isn't a 'goth' author per-say, but his work does hold some gothic overtones which comes from the nature of his writing and being stuck int he middle of the gothic revival and the dark romanticism time period.
Also, Poe. Can't forget Poe. razz
Both created such gorgeous writing in the late Victorian, pre Edwardian era. <3 I live in philadelphia, and on Halloween they decorate the House he had there so that each room has a horror theme based off of a separate story. It was fantastic!
