I'm not really a big fan of those pants. I prefer pants like sunFlare, Glamrock, and polyester pants. They all look pretty nifty.

But all in all, I really like your avi. 8/10 for the one you have in the post and 9/10 for the one you have now.

I agree with Jay. The pants look a bit... awkward with the rest of the outfit, and your avi is better with the eyepatch. It also needs something small going on in the background, like a pair of wings or something similar.
