I live in West Virginia and I knew one other person who was a lolita. She made her own clothes and she dressed more casual lolita. I found out about lolita from her, I saw her one day and told her she was cute and wanted to know where she got her clothes. I haven't seen her for about 2 years. I don't know or haven't seen anyone else dressed as lolita since then. Well except at Halloween 2 years ago a group of lolitas came into the diner where I work.
