Arceus blew victor back along with everyone else pinning them all to the wall."No one but me shall lay the law down here.as long as i breath i rule. you, Victor, may not tell giratina what he can and cannot not do. only i may decided what he cant or can. you are not the god pokemon, so there for shall not tell someone as highly ranked as giratinia what to do. The Glace Arceus is holding explodes into ice. A fake Glace used as a decoy. "Nice try even though you may be God there is somewhere that you can't reach me. Besides who said I was going to kill the one Giratina?" Glace laughs as he winks at Arceus and spins around disappearing to the 0 Kelvin mountain that only allows Ice-types to survive and leaving a note for Arceus. The note said, "I have nothing against you, even though you are the one that killed me. I have been reborn by Giratina and ran off on my own to become stronger. Who knows maybe I will see you again?
Love Glace." The letter starts to melt away. (Once Arceus reads it.)
