prices are very cheap, shipping is fast (3-4 days from Japan),
but shipping is kinda expensive ($20 flat rate), so local group
orders is the way to go and split shipping. I've only bought
1 costume, but it was made very well. I haven't bought one
of their wigs yet, but I want to.
http://www.fanplusfriend.com/does good costumes, but is on the pricy side, shipping takes a while and is expensive. standard sizes run small, so custom sizing with your exact measurements is best, but this will make it take longer to get to you. I've only bought lolita boystyle stuff for my b/f from them in standard sizing and both items fit him, but were kinda tight on him. but I have seem other people's costumes made by them and they looked great.

at this out of town convience store. they are a little cheaper
through the group order for natural colors and a lot cheaper
for unnatural colors, but they take a month or more to get to
me. there are 2 contact group orders runing right now, but
if you miss out just wait till the next one. they do orders every
couple of months. I have only done orders thru mimisho_pink,
so I can only vouch for her and not the other person. she is
great, only problem is how long the shipping takes. price is very
cheap and includes shipping, once mine broke in the mail and she sent me new ones for free, and she even has given me contact cases for free (she sells them for cheap).
she even does perscription contacts for the same price as non,
but not as big selection of what you can get.

I think they are way too pricy and not that accurate.
I've seen a lot of people wear Bleach costumes from there
and the inner white coat is just a sewn on line that extends
down too far.

I have heard really bad reviews from, but this mainly had to do with people buying lolita clothing from them. the reviews said
that the pics on the site looks nothing like what you get, bad
fitting issues, bad communication, and really slow shipping.
