So, I was staying with my guardian and she tolde me how some guy got his kids taken away because he had child pornography on his computer. And I was like how'd they find out. And she said the police monitor those sites and then track the people down. And I'm standing there thinking, "WTF? WTF?! They track that crap?" Cus I mean don't get me wrong, I don't look at that. But, what about Yaoi some of that cuts it close. So, I'm freaking out cus there's this website I've gone to.......occasionally. And it may have shota in the title of the website, but I went there to read the Gravitation Megamixes and Remixes, but it actually has a TON of shota too. So, I'm freaking out, are they gonna come knocking down my door. And then the Boku no Pico series, is that child pornography? And then what about Shuichi? He's pretty young too, and some of the stuff in that Megamix was intense. What are the laws on this in the US? I'm really freaked now, is this stuff illegal now, or is legal? If they find PicoxCocoxChico on my computer, could I be sent to jail?!

LMAO XD sorry i know your freaking out but its funny lol
Lets see...my opinion would be no. I mean i've been looking at yaoi for a while (3 years to be exact) AND i have alot of it downloaded on my laptop....But the feds have never busted down my door before lol O.O and i have some "Okane ga nai" on there...but just think of it this way...if they do ever bust down your door...say you were holding it for a friend xd

First, I moved your thread to here. :] No biggie.
Second, no, they're not going to take you to jail for having drawings/anime of shota. When they mean child pornography, they mean ACTUAL photographs of children, not drawings. Taking pornographic images of children is illegal, just like killing someone in illegal. However, they're not going to take you to jail for having drawings of someone getting killed, as they're not going to jail you for having drawings of shota.
