I had to make another topic. I just had to!
Any Silent Hill fans out there? I sure as hell am.
I've played Silent Hill 2, 3, 4 and Origins. I watched the walkthrough of the first and fifth games. Dear lord, the games give me the creeps. I can't play them alone. Lol I am such a sissy. But those games are a lot more fun playing with friends... And easier too! I get so lost in those games it's not even funny! Okay, maybe a little...
I haven't beaten the ones that I have played. Because I only own the second game! I got it for $5 WITH the strategy guide at a garage sale! I felt so lucky. =w= Anyways!
I do own the movie. It is another one of my favorite movies. But I think I might have watched it too many times...Nah! >w>;;
I love the music from the games. I listen to the songs and music all the damn time. They are beautiful in their own creepy ways...
So, what do you think about Silent Hill?

I actually never looked into Silent Hill until the movie came out and I watched it, and it was indeed an epic movie, especially for being made after a video game I think it was awesome. I haven't played a single game but I want to, I'm way behind though so I'm not sure how I'm gonna go about that. I was considering buying or renting Silent Hill for the 360 though, I like creepy games like that, such as F.E.A.R. mrgreen

You should totally check it out. Each Silent Hill game has a great story line. It's a load of fun.
I've never played F.E.A.R. D: It seems like I'd be too afraid to play it though... LOL

Well i haven't seen the game in action yet, but I'm pretty certain if you can play Silent Hill that you'd be able to play F.E.A.R. lol, F.E.A.R. has it's balance of action and moments to have you on edge and paranoid lol. The first few games aren't the champions in graphics anymore but they're still really awesome, the 2nd one for the 360 is mad awesome but I think it's much cooler to play if you played the first game.

I've played The Room.
Kinda made me wish Silent Hill was in First Person instead of Third.

Good demos can last for me.
Arma II has a map editor which is enough for me
and that new Batman game got me addicted and clocked in about 7 hours of gameplay on a demo that seems to only last 40 minutes.

Yeah I was quite surpised.
It's a linear game too. Just the fun of beating the bad guys up and messing with them pychologically was fun enough for me.

I LOVE those games, so so much. I don't play them anymore though, due to lack of funding for games. :/
Edit: The nurses, ashbabies, and pyramid head are my favorite.

I have played Silent Hill 2 which is my favorite game cause of its story line. The other ones are alright though.
