After the opening cutscenes in Super Sonic story, as soon as you have control of Sonic.
Head to the Mystic Ruins Chao garden, go in then come right back out.
Exit to the main menu and select Knuckles.
Head to the Master Emerald, right where the cutscene would normally happen.

I'll try it. I'll let you know if anything happens. Oh wait I think I know what happens. Do you see Eggman and Knuckles laying down unconscious? I've had that happen before. I went there with I think Gamma and the same thing happened. It's a weird glitch.

It's creepy because if your Knuckles the "other" Knuckles' head will move around.

Wow... Hehe, I would try it, but I don't have the game on me... I tend to borrow Sonic games from neighbours, and return them once I've finished with them...
