Im not entirely sure how many avid videogame players are in here, but for those who are they will know exactly what Im talking about. It doesnt happen to some people, but with some at a really sad part in a videogame (ex. When a character dies) You feel as bad as the main character almost.
Does this happen to anyone else? Or are you someone immune to videogame heartbreaks?

Crisis Core.
I cried through the fight with Angeal.
And at the end of Devil May Cry 3 I became rather depressed...
And when Nero found Yamato in Devil May Cry 4 (STUPID NERO D: I WISH HE'D GO AWAY I WANT VERGIL BACK)

I know what you mean....I was so sad at the end of Devil May Cry 3 I was actually kind of afraid to play four to see what happened....-.-

Kratos being left drift off into space, even. (What was the point of that? gonk It seems to be there only to make people sad and kind of annoyed.)
Kind of off topic, when my 600hour+ Pokedex and epic-team full save file for Pokemon Gold erased itself. crying It's never been the same, really. neutral

I cry in almost every video game that I play. I think the worst was Devil May Cry 3 sweatdrop

I most definately have video game heartbreak.
I'm going to sound like such a dork, making a Kingdom Hearts reference, but bare with me. :3
My example is in Kingdom Hearts: Re. Chain of Memories. I never even saw the scene, but knowing that Zexion dies, I can't bare to even to play the game until then.
Kingdom Hearts II: Demyx and Saix die. I just felt so bad when I killed them. Dammit Sora.
And then there's Roxas! He didn't even DIE! He just was absorbed back into Sora! And I hated it so much, because I love Roxas! I don't want him and Sora to be one-! DX
Either way.
Yes, I do get video game heartbreak.

The video game I cried the most in was the Xenosaga trilogy. I cried alteast 2-3 times during the first game and probably 5-8 times during the last two games
I cried during Kingdom Hearts *damn disney* and I've cried during FF9 and 10 and Chronotrigger and Shadow Hearts 1 and 2 and I cried during a scene in Magna Carta.

I don't know if I really cry. But if it ends badly for a character I'm really attached to, then I just become depressed for days.
As many other people pointed out, Crisis Core was one of them.
Also, Tales of the Abyss gets me every time. Especially because of Asch. Thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach.

yes, i get lots of video game heartbrakes.
like the devil may cry 3.
and in kingdom hearts II when a lot of the characters were dying.
