I've been discussing this with Bilqisnargis some, and would like more feedback. It's often hard to find where to draw the line on stuff, as the world becomes more technology bound, however I am curious as your ideas of what is allowed in Islamic art.
I know nothing realistic..so I get confused as photography is considered art. Cartoon style okay? Or completely only nature pics and spiritual writing? I see some people enjoy avi art and such, so where is the line often drawn? Even the idea of alot of the stuff on the internet, even the avatars on Gaia and such...
Just curious as to what is allowed and what is not.

My family is okay with me drawing anime, but I don't hang the pictures in my room. I just leave them on my desk and stuff.
