I hope i word this discussion right ><

I noticed when i was Christian and going to churches, we met in church and talked a little but when i saw them in Public...they never spoke to me.

But when i would stay with a Pakistani-Canadian friend & his family, we would be in public and people would always come up to him & his sisters with salaams and a smile. I would ask 'Who is that?' and they would reply 'Not sure, someone from the Masjid' It was really sweet all those people would recognize them, not know them but still approach them.

I am not a regular member of a Masjid yet, does anyone else have similar stories?

Sometimes I approach anyone if I feel like it. But I'm fine to be alone. Usually even if I go out for a walk or to the mall, I still go around alone. But I'm too shy that blocks me from being socialize. Haha.

Sometimes I approach anyone if I feel like it. But I'm fine to be alone. Usually even if I go out for a walk or to the mall, I still go around alone. But I'm too shy that blocks me from being socialize. Haha.

Awww, haha! I like to be alone a lot too, but its kinda rude for people to recognize me, and go the other way on purpose >:

To be honest, my mom knows more people then I do. And all the Muslim people I know, it is kinda awkward around them, that is why I just hang out with the Muslims that go to my school and Mosque and my family.

Hehehe.. it's good that you actually mentioned this thing =] ..
Because when i used to pray ''altaraweeh'' in the masjid at ramadan, i used to see a lot of girls that i never talk to them when i see them in public, but when i saw them at the Masjid they started to say '' Salam '' and i started to answer back with '' Wa Alaykum Alsalam '' & we became friends ever since because of that ;D ~
