Kay, so my best friend (other than Cindy wink ) is moving away.
And the only 'friend' that I have left, is this girl, who totally is a wannabe,
babbles about random crap, and tugs on my arm. I don't want to like, not be her friend anymore, because I know what she could do to my social life.

Oh lord - I have fifty billion friends like that.
Really, I know this absolutely freaken sucks - but you're going to have to just deal with her. Maybe when your home, like... write notes to yourself about the annoying things, so you can let it out - then put 'em in some sort of box // envolope - that should help. [:
