What kind of cooling pad are you using?

I'm looking for a good one that's closed on the bottom, has wide vents on the top and is fairly expensive. xd
I bought a crappy Rosewill for $10 and it broke in like... half a year.
My legs are burning...

Yup, pretty much. I can't find a good one... I was thinking this one. Looks like it'd be closed on the bottom and it has an on/off switch I think.
I can't be sure if it's closed on the bottom though... I want it to be.
My friend suggests I build one with fans that you can buy separate, but I don't know what to build it out of. He said wood and glue, but I can't cut wood and I don't want to sand it if like Lowes can do the cutting... I don't want splinters.
