So saying goodbye to character you put so much heart in can be hard. ;___;. As some of you guys have seen I am currently on a OC art hunt. I don't want to say goodbye to BC art. However I feel I have done so much, and with one piece coming in I feel it's the perfect one to say goodbye with. Have you ever said goodbye to an OC you loved as you moved on to another?

I don't actively collect art, but I will be facing a similar situation in a year or two when my webcomic Haru-Sari reaches its ending.
I've also completed a couple of comic series before, but those were crappy middle school stuff, so... XD

I suppose I haven't gotten to that point yet, because I've been considerably stubborn. The other OCs in my story are horribly neglected art-wise, but I haven't been able to let go of my favorite one. (He's... not even THE main character. >w< *fail*)

Hmm i don't actually have many but all of my OC's must feel neglected except for my current one which i'm obsessed with obtaining art of. My very first OC, which i drew constantly in highschool, isn't the main focus anymore but my b/f still draws her often and in various situations or cosplay for me so i don't feel like i have to say goodbye to her yet. <3
I recently drew one OC that i did a rough sketch of and was going to get art of but then switched for a newer one. xd That was pretty sad.
My OC's barely even have stories. ^^;;

Ooo~ yes, i have had to say good bye to many of my OC'sT^T Mainly cuz i've created too many sweatdrop
But i've had, on some occasions, saved some OC's by "upgrading" their image=P sometimes i've merged 2 of my old OC's to create a new oneXDDD Cuz i've realized that from the past i can see how each and ever character developed through how i drew them=P

i'm too stubborn to let any of them go, so i keep them all in a little digital scrapbook ^^;
i dun get much art for them except one guy... but i've kind of left him out lately too ._.

I don't have the patience for oc's. I have a few, but as most of them only exist on one piece of art and don't carry much love or affection for them. xD;
