Vendor X Princess Pandamonium I had this happen to me twice.
Which is sadly annoying.
One artist had great art samples and I saw her posting new art. So, I commissioned her. It took her FOREVER to start my art or even let me know if there was an issue for whatever reason. I can understand if there's an issue. I just need to know. Then what she did was rushed and no where up to the standards she had already done for the price I was supposed to pay. I didn't pay her. rofl
I did the same with another artist because it took her months and months to finish a gift art that I had asked for from her. Oh well, shortly after I finally got it I wasn't talking to the guy anymore.
I honestly don't mind waiting. I understand that life happens. I just would appreciate letting me know that you're having issues....not that any of you guys would do that. this happens to me aswell exclaim its not like im in a hurry for the art to be finished, but its just kinda annoying after i win an auction, send trade and let my gold sit in limbo for a week then you find out the artist has not even started working on your piece yet mad
Vendor, if you win my collaboration auction, you will probably get the piece within 1-3 days. Amosa is leaving to NYC on the first of June, so we need to get it done before then. So no worries!

Yeah, sadly. No one else bid, I don't really know why. D; Though 3.3 m is a lot, looking at some other people's art who are getting like 8-10m who aren't exactly as good as either of us, is a little depressing. It could be that it's a collaboration which is why no one wants to bid higher than 3.3..

Well, if anything they are our peers and not superiors. They get double to triple what we're getting. But, this is my first auction ever so I don't mind, I am living off 26k. ;x

Colourless: D: I would have done that, but I'm not sure if they have the gold anymore or whatever. Especially after that guy bids it and the previous bidder didn't bid again for a 2 weeks or something. :/

The problem is, most artists cannot get my OC!Hinabi right, They do some funky junk with her hair, color it red, and considers it done. Here's one gonk piece I got... I forgot how much I paid for it, but it was enough to know it wasn't a match with the samples. The samples had careful coloring and nice small, but simple details. Instead I got messy lines, cheapo-cheat brush stamp decorations, and overall careless coloring :/ mrr. Now, I only aim for the high-end artists with ridiculous prices.
