It just sounds like it's only one halo though.

gaia knows that we hate them because they're money-grubbing schemes. but gaia knows that a whole bunch of people throw money at them for these RIGS. they also know we will get used to it.
I have already pretty much gotten used to it. :/

I don't think they'll actually take the prize halo from a banned account. That was probably just put in the write-up... not to deceive Gaians (because seriously, who cares where the halo is from, as long as it's not from an UNFAIRLY banned account XD), but to make the write-up sound more interesting. They'll probably make one the same way they do when people win items at the convention wheel.
As for the RIG spam, it doesn't really bug me. I never buy them anyway. XD I do like the fact that many of the older RIG items are being recycled, unlike MCs which are never mass re-released. It prevents the price of older, more desirable RIG items from skyrocketing.
