Do they have keys to your place? If the worst comes to the worst you can always put their stuff outside one day when they're all out and you and GTR are in.
That said, nothing they've done seems too extreme atm and I would entertain putting up with them for a little while. The best thing to do would be to give a moving out deadline, and if they b***h about it when the date comes you can at least argue they've had good time to sort themselves out and now they have to live with the fact they didn't take you seriously.

Check with your local police, actually - it's very important to follow the rules here in case the dickheads try to stay. If they've been staying with you for a short-enough time and there is no written agreement, they can be considered at-will guests and kicked out at any time. I do recommend calling the police to ensure that their leaving goes smoothly. It won't cost a thing, and will mean you have help (and excellent witnesses) in the event somebody tries a last minute sod-you antic.
If there is any kind of written agreement and/or they have been staying in the house beyond a certain time limit, depending on your state and county laws you may have to provide written notice and a deadline for them to move out. Not really a problem as such, but again, make sure you have your butt covered. Call county police, they give advice for stuff like this all the time.
Remember, in cases like these, the police are your friends. You, as the owners (or at least the lease-holders), are solidly in the right, so long as you follow the rules. These guys are dickhead leeches. Police would rather help you do it right than show up for a violent domestic incident already in progress. Not to mention...wouldn't it be freakin' sweet to see them not only out of your house, but removed in handcuffs for trying something asstacular? I'm just saying, is all...

Well, it was a small misunderstanding over some cheap pots. It's more the principle of the thing that mattered, I suppose.
But, it was cleared up with no ill will, so I guess it's fine.

UPDATE TIEM!!! Dumb and dumber are out now! YAY!! Story: We came back from Niagara Falls and found our child door handle in pieces, it comes apart, on the floor. We go inside our room and everything looked ok until I went into our movie drawer and our movies were all ******** mixed up and in upside down, I am super a**l about being able to see the covers and sides of all my movies so I can read them easily. Then daddy-in-law tells us that while we were gone $500 in coins were stolen from him. The cousin was moving out anyways, so there was no problem there but the friend was all like "Well what about me?" and we said we'll all have to sit down and talk about it. Well later today doesn't the ******** accuse US of stealing the money, and say that we can't clean a house worth s**t. I didn't hear any of this which is good because if I had I would have punched his a** out! GTR however chucked all the friends s**t outside, and he came and picked it up. So now we're back down to a normal house. THANK GOD!

Congrats on having your house to normal. Just do yourself a favor and make sure all things are intact and check out any rules or laws in case they come back and say "You owe us ".
Truthfully if you didn't have anything in writing then there really isn't anything they can do to you. Sadly...it also means there isn't anything you can do to them.
But right now, I bet it's really freking awsome to have your house back to normal. =)

and here i was gonna suggest setting something small on fire and screaming "FIRE!!! EVERYONE OUT!!!" when they're drunk, then locking the door on them once outside. lol guess it's too late for that.
good to hear the dillholes are gone. =D
(by the way... how the ******** does someone just abscond with $500 of coins?!?!? gonk that's pretty heavy, silly morons).
(also also... abscond is a fun word i learned from Dark Knight. woots ^^)

They haven't tried to pull any of the "you owe us" bullshit, however I'm pretty sure the friend stole my ******** $500 GPS. The room of which I had the box was being cleaned up by him and I can't find the box for it anywhere, then the next day that we're home it's ******** gone out of my LOCKED car. Who ever it was knows I keep the charger for in in my glove box, and my 2 front doors were unlocked with no sign of forced entry, which makes me think that he came in at night grabbed GTR's keys and went out to my car. My van was gone through as well but there was nothing it in. I can't lock it so I don't keep anything of value in it. Oh this guy's mom and brother both drive and he owes money to both of them. So at some point I'm going to take a drive down to his mom's place and see if it's in her car. The cops aren't doing s**t about it of course.
