1. You must announce your OPPONENT (or opponents If more than one) and OPPONENTS MUST AGREE
2. You MUST announce the BATTLE CONDITIONS and ALL OPPONENTS MUST AGREE. For example I announce a match and set my battle conditions to NO WEAPONS. This means NOONE is allowed to use weapons for the match. Be SURE to be SPECIFIC on the Battle conditions.
3. IF CAUGHT BREAKING BATTLE CONDITIONS YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED
4. You must also announce a prize if you wish to compete for something. Be SURE to make it a FAIR prize. For example If I put up 1000 gold for the prize money then the opponent should offer the same amount or an item worth around the same price. You Dont have to have the prizes equal. Just be SURE you both agree.
5. We are not responsible for incomplete trades unless I post that I will be giving the prize. Therefor I suggest that both opponents send a trade with the amount of money or the item to the Group account named Le Anime Hotel She will not accept the trades until the match winner is decided among the judges based on your Role play skills and techniques. From their Le Anime Hotel will accept the trade from the defeated opponent and send a trade to the victorious opponent. The winner can cancel the trade once announced. But it is up to you if you should decie to trade amongst yourselves. If you Trade with each other and not threw the Le Anime Hotel account then I repeat we are not responsible.
6. Poor sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated. IF YOU SAY YOUR GIVING A PRIZE AND YOU LOSE YOU MUST KEEP YOUR END OF THE BARGIN IF NOT YOU MAY BE BANNED FROM THE GROUP >.> (Depending on situation and what the judges decide)
7. You cannot kill your opponent
8. ABSOLUTELY NO GOD MODING. Remember all the normal group rules apply here as well.
9. ABSOLUTELY NO AUTO HITTING EITHER. DOING SO WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY YOU
10. Battles must be finished within 2 weeks tops (Depending on situation) and will only end with the passing out of one or both opponents or if Someone forfits the match
11. Judges ARE allowed to compete HOWEVER If a judge should decide to compete, Then they are not allowed to judge their own match another judge will do the judging. This will ensure fair judgement. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BRIBE OR USE ANY SORT OF TRICKERY TO GET THE JUDGES TO VOTE FOR YOU TO WIN. iF CAUGHT DOING SO DISCIPLINARY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AND YOU MAY BE BANNED FROM THE GROUP
12. If a oppontent still wants to give a prize and the other does not the battle may continue as long as both opponents agree to the terms and battle conditions. NOT ALL BATTLES HAVE TO HAVE PRIZES. If you dont want to give a prize we will not force you. Remember this is FIRST AND FORMOST WE ARE A ROLEPLAY GROUP. It is NOT all about the MONEY OR PRIZES!!!
