Hey my school is having an election on Thursday 5/7/09 i need to know all the positions and what a colornel its 2nd in command I dont know how to spell it sorry if this isnt in the correct form but I really need some help! exclaim exclaim exclaim exclaim

In our ranks it the highest position which is weird becuase I thought drum major was but its a helpful person who everyone complains to and is bascily a figure who everyone looks up to.
